Pricing

What this costs, and what drives the number

We publish a floor and a range rather than a rate card, because the honest answer depends on how your site is built, and we would rather be accurate than tidy.

Diagnosis

Agent readiness audit

From $2,000

Fixed price, fixed scope, delivered in five business days. Every check in the published rubric, with captured evidence and a ranked remediation plan.

Credited in full against implementation if you proceed within 60 days.

Treatment

Implementation

$4,000–$25,000

We make the fixes, in your codebase or your CMS, as changes your team reviews and owns. Scoped from your audit findings.

Monitoring retainers are scoped separately, to site size and change rate.

How we scope

Architecture, not page count

A 60-page single-page application is several times the work of a 900-page static documentation site. Pricing by page count would be simpler and wrong.

  • Content and configuration

llms.txt, robots directives, security.txt, canonical hygiene, meta and Open Graph coverage, alt text. Hours of work, immediate score movement.

  • Templates and platform

Structured data across templates, heading and landmark structure, form labelling, navigation using real anchors, agent-constructible search.

  • Architecture

Server rendering for routes that currently need JavaScript, checkout path work, and building machine-readable endpoints from scratch.

The audit determines which of these you are actually in, which is why we run it first and why it is credited against whatever follows. The rubric that drives all of this is published.
