Who we are

AgentFriendlyRank is operated by Socio360, a sole proprietorship registered in Karnataka, India, at 2nd Floor, #829, 26th Main, HSR Layout, Bengaluru 560102. GST 29DVCPS4841F1ZA.

Because we are established in India and market to customers in Singapore and the United States, three regimes apply to this notice at once: India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, and applicable United States state privacy laws. Where they differ, we apply the most protective requirement.

Our data protection officer can be reached at dpo@agentfriendlyrank.com. Singapore’s PDPA requires this contact to be publicly available, and it is monitored by a person rather than a filter.

What we collect, and why

When you request an audit or contact us

Your email address, the website address you asked us to audit, and anything you choose to put in the company or message fields. We use this solely to produce and deliver the audit you asked for, and to reply to you. The lawful basis is performance of a service you requested.

When we audit a website

We fetch publicly available pages and files. We do not attempt to access anything behind authentication, and we do not collect personal data about your customers or users. Where a page happens to contain personal data — a named contact on an about page, for instance — we store only what is needed as evidence for a specific check.

When you browse this site

We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites or sessions. We do not set advertising or profiling cookies, which is also why you have not been shown a consent banner.

Cold outreach

We contact businesses we believe would benefit from an audit, using business contact details. Every such email identifies us, includes our postal address, and carries a working unsubscribe link — you can also opt out directly without having received one. We honour opt-outs permanently and immediately.

Scan reports and leaderboard entries are generated from a public, unauthenticated crawl — the same pages any visitor or search engine sees — and are published for every scanned domain, whoever requested the scan. If the domain is yours, claim it with an address on it and hide the report yourself, immediately; or ask us and we will do so within 48 hours; or block our crawler entirely via robots.txt, which we honour before anything is published.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of processors: Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, and Plausible for analytics. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Where a processor stores data outside your jurisdiction, transfers are made under the safeguards each provider offers.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and correspondence are retained for two years from last contact, then deleted. Scan results for domains that never became clients are deleted on request, and in any case reviewed annually. Records we are required to keep for tax purposes are retained for the statutory period.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Depending on where you are, you may also have rights to data portability, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority — the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, the Data Protection Board in India, or your state Attorney General in the United States.

Material changes to this notice will be dated here, and we will email anyone whose data we hold if the change affects them directly.
